Your story, beautifully told.

I'm Michael Hahn — a former Military Police Officer who traded the uniform for a camera and never looked back. Photography has been a passion my entire life, and in 2024 I made it official with Hahn Photography.

My approach is built on the same values the military instilled in me: trust, precision, and showing up fully for the people counting on you. For me, that means making every client feel completely at ease before I ever press the shutter. Comfortable people enjoy their sessions. People who enjoy their sessions get incredible photos. It really is that simple.

My work has been exhibited internationally — at Praxis Gallery in Minneapolis, Agora Gallery in New York City, and FotoZA Gallery in Johannesburg — and I bring that same dedication to every portrait I create here in the Central Valley.

Seniors

You've worked hard to get here. Your portraits should show it. Senior sessions with Hahn Photography are relaxed, personal, and built entirely around you, because the best photos happen when you're actually enjoying yourself.

Family

Every family has a story worth telling. I'm here to tell it beautifully. From newborns to full extended families, I create portraits that are relaxed, genuine, and made to last.

Couples

From engagement sessions to anniversaries, couples portraits are some of my favorite sessions to shoot. There's something about two people who are genuinely comfortable with each other that makes for effortless, beautiful images. Come as you are — I'll handle the rest.

A great portrait isn't just a photo. It's proof that someone existed, was loved, and mattered. Those images outlive all of us — passed down through families, treasured by people who weren't even there for the moment. That's why this work matters to me, and why I treat every session like it counts.
